As many of you are aware, the current HOA Board of Directors will be stepping down at the end of 2026. In accordance with applicable state requirements, we are now opening the nomination period for homeowners interested in serving as officers on the new Board of Directors.
Nomination Period: October 1, 2026, through November 1, 2026
To be eligible for nomination, the homeowner must:

• Be current on all HOA dues and assessments.
• Be listed as an owner on the property deed.
• Attend the November HOA meeting to formally accept the nomination.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If there are not enough homeowners willing and eligible to serve as officers on the new Board, the HOA may be subject to state intervention or control, as required by applicable law. This could affect the future operation and management of the association as well as increased costs to the homeowners withing OSMF.
We strongly encourage all eligible homeowners to consider volunteering and participating in the future leadership of our community.
